Check and replacement of a spherical support of a suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The spherical support is established between the bottom lever of a suspension bracket and a rotary fist (see illustrations Components of installation and assembly of a nave and a rotary fist and Components of installation of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket).
  2. The description of removal and installation of a spherical support is provided in the Section Removal, dismantling, assembly and installation of a nave and a rotary fist.
  3. Remove a spherical support and establish it in a vice.
  1. Shake a support tip forward-back about five times.
  1. Continuously tightening a dinamometrichesky key a support nut with a speed 1 turn for 2 ÷ 4 with, consider key indications on the fifth turn and compare them to requirements of Specifications of Head the Suspension bracket and a steering. If necessary replace a spherical support.
