 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Insert a screw-driver between a door of a back the top panel of furnish of glass and wring out the panel from clamps on its perimeter.
  2. Separate the socket and remove from the top panel of furnish of glass a stoplight of the top level.
  3. Inserting a screw-driver between a door of a back and elements of furnish of a door, wring out consistently from clamps the top panel, both lateral and the bottom panel.
  4. Turn out a nut and remove the screen wiper lever.
  5. Turn out a nut and remove a washer э / the screen wiper motor from the outer side of a door.
  6. Separate the socket, turn out three bolts and remove э / the screen wiper motor.
  7. Separate sockets, turn out on 4 bolts and remove the back combined lamps with consolidations.
  8. Disconnect from the lock cylinder the socket, turn out two bolts and remove the cylinder.
  9. Turn out two bolts, remove the mechanism of management of the lock and disconnect from it a cable.
  10. Disconnect from the lock draft, give two nuts and remove the lock activator. Separate the socket.
  11. Separate the socket, turn out 4 bolts and remove the lock.
  12. Turn out two screws and remove rasseivatel of illumination of registration plate.
  13. Turn out two nuts and remove the external handle.
  14. Turn out a nut and wring out a screw-driver an external overlay of a door of a back from clamps.
  15. Remove the handle for door lifting.
  16. Give fixture of loops to a door and remove a door.
  17. At installation of the door which is especially new, it is necessary to adjust its situation.
  18. For door adjustment in the directions to the left/to the right and up/down give bolts of fastening of loops to a door, expose a door in demanded situation and tighten bolts with effort of 8 Nanometers.
  19. For door adjustment in the directions up/down and inside/outside give bolts of fastening of loops to a body, expose a door in demanded situation and tighten bolts with effort of 12 Nanometers. For a reversing of bolts at first:
    • Remove a lens of the lamp of a luggage compartment;
    • Turn out four bolts, separate the socket and remove the lamp;
    • Wring out a screw-driver back section of furnish of a roof from clamps and remove it.
  20. If necessary adjust position of the drummer of the lock, moving it (tapping with a hammer) at the released fixture outside/inside and up/down. Previously remove the bottom panel of furnish проёма back doors. Upon termination of adjustment tighten bolts of fastening of the drummer with effort of 23 Nanometers and establish the panel.
  21. In summary adjust the provision of a lateral stopper.
  22. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts, use new clamps.
  23. In conclusion of installation adjust positions of the lever of a screen wiper (see. Section condition Check, adjustment and replacement of brushes of screen wipers).
  1. After installation check, that the top point of hit of a stream of washing liquid on glass was in the shaded area, and the bottom point – in a screen wiper scope.
