Components of a rack of a forward suspension bracket

- Remove a forward wheel.
- Turn out a bolt and remove from a shock-absorber bracket holders of a flexible brake hose and electroconducting of the sensor of speed of ABS.
- Disconnect from the shock-absorber a stabilizer rack.
- Give two bottom nuts of fastening of a rack, but yet do not remove bolts.
- At removal of the left rack remove the tank of brake liquid and separate the socket of the sensor of level of brake liquid.
- Give three top nuts of fastening of a rack, and then finally give two bottom nuts and take out bolts.
- Remove assembly of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
- Establish two bolts with nuts in the bottom arm of fastening of a rack and clamp it in a vice.

- By means of the special adaptation compress a spring and, holding the top saddle of a spring, give a nut.
|
- Remove the top support of a rack, the bearing, the top saddle of a spring and the top cover.
- Pressing and extending a rod of the shock-absorber make sure of smoothness of its course and lack of unusual sounds. At unsatisfactory results of check replace the shock-absorber.

Assembly and installation
|
|
- Establish on the shock-absorber the bottom saddle of a spring and a damper.
- By means of the special adaptation compress a screw spring and establish it on the shock-absorber.

|
The bottom round of a spring should rest against a groove of the bottom saddle. |
|
|
- Establish the top cover and the top saddle of a spring so that the label not it was turned outside of the car.
|
- Establish the bearing and the top support of a rack so that the label not was turned by it outside of the car.
- Tighten a nut of fastening of a spring and remove from a spring the special adaptation.
- Installation is made upside-down. In summary check corners of installation of forward wheels.
