Removal and dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover domes of a support of a suspension bracket and the corresponding wheel.
  2. At the corresponding complete set turn out a nut and disconnect draft of the sensor of adjustment of an inclination of headlights for the cross-section lever No. 2 of a back suspension bracket.
  3. Turn out a bolt and remove from a rack the holder of electroconducting of the sensor of speed of ABS.
  4. Turn out a bolt and remove from a rack bracket the holder of a flexible brake hose.
  5. Turn out a nut and disconnect from the shock-absorber a stabilizer rack.

If the hinge is turned together with a nut, hold it a six-sided key on 5 mm.

  1. Weaken, two nuts of fastening are resistant suspension brackets to stupichny assembly.

Bolts yet do not take.

  1. Prop up stupichny assembly by a jack and remove a cap from an emphasis of a rack of a suspension bracket.
  2. In need of dismantling of a rack weaken, but do not give completely top (central) nut of fastening of a spring.
  3. Turn out three top nuts of fastening of a rack.
  4. Omit stupichny assembly and remove two bottom bolts of fastening of a rack.
  5. Remove assembly of a rack of a back suspension bracket.
  6. Establish two bolts with nuts in the bottom arm of fastening of a rack and clamp it in a vice.
  7. By means of the special adaptation compress a spring and, completely turn out a nut of fastening of a spring
  8. Remove the plug, the rack emphasis, the compressed spring, a damper and the bottom saddle of a spring.
  9. Pressing and extending a rod of the shock-absorber make sure of smoothness of its course and lack of unusual sounds. At unsatisfactory results of check replace the shock-absorber.

Assembly and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish the bottom saddle of a spring and a damper.
  2. By means of the special adaptation compress a screw spring and establish it on the shock-absorber.

The bottom round of a spring should rest against a groove of the bottom saddle.

  1. Level a rack emphasis with the bottom bracket of the shock-absorber.

Installation of an emphasis of a rack

  1. Establish the plug and temporarily tighten a nut of fastening of a spring.
  2. Remove from a spring pulling together adaptation and check orientation of an emphasis of a rack.
  3. Installation is made upside-down.
