Removal, check and installation of a belt of a drive of GRM of its natyazhitel, pulley and cogwheel of a cranked shaft, cogwheels of camshafts and intermediate rollers

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a fairing of a windscreen and the top strut of an impellent compartment (9) (see. Head Body).
  2. Remove a forward right wheel and a protective casing of a wing (1).
  3. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator and a belt of a drive of the pump GUR (2 and 3) (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of belts of a drive of auxiliary units).
  4. Remove the activator темпостата (4).
  5. Separate sockets of grounding (6).
  6. Remove draft and the right arm of No. of 2 fastenings of the engine (7 and 8).
  1. Turn out a sharnirny bolt and a nut then remove an arm of fastening of the generator.
  1. Holding a pulley of a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye by means of the special adaptation, turn out the central bolt of fastening of a pulley and remove it

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out 4 bolts and uncover No. of 1 belt of a drive of GRM (6).
  2. Remove directing a belt of a drive of GRM (5).
  3. Wring out clamps of a protector of a plait of electroconducting of the engine from a cover of No. 3 belts of a drive of GRM, turn out 5 bolts and uncover No. 2 belts of a drive of GRM.
  4. Turn out 2 bolts and remove the right basic arm of the engine.
  1. Bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation VMT. For this purpose temporarily screw a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft and, turning for it a shaft clockwise, combine an opening on a shaft cogwheel with dredging on the case of the oil pump.
  1. Make sure that VMT of the end of a step of compression – labels on cogwheels of camshafts is reached and on a cover of No. 3 belts of a drive of GRM should coincide. If it did not occur turn a cranked shaft on one complete revolution.
  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
  2. If the belt of a drive of GRM is supposed to be used repeatedly, before its removal it is necessary to make sure that 3 adjusting labels and a forward label are put on it. If these labels are erased, put them anew.

The laying and label scheme on a belt of a drive of GRM

  1. Serially turn out two bolts of fastening of a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of GRM and remove it together with a boot (16 and 18).
  2. Remove a belt from cogwheels.
  3. Holding cogwheels of camshafts from a provorachivaniye by means of special adaptations, turn out the central bolts of their fastening and remove cogwheels (11 and 13).

Remember an arrangement of cogwheels or mark them that then to establish each cogwheel on the corresponding shaft.

  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the top intermediate roller (12) and remove it.
  2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom intermediate roller and remove it together with a tarelchaty washer (14 and 15).
  3. Remove holding plate of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (19) and by means of the special adaptation remove a cogwheel, trying not to damage a gear wreath of a rotor of CKP located in a back part of a cogwheel.

Check

Do not allow a peregibaniye and a perekruchivaniye, a belt of a drive of GRM, and also hit on it of oil, OZh and fuel. Do not use a natyazhitel of a belt for fixing cranked or a camshaft from a provorachivaniye at a tightening of bolts of fastening of cogwheels. Do not allow a provorachivaniye of shaft at the removed belt of a drive of GRM more than on some degrees for combination of teeths.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check a condition of the GRM belt removed from the engine. Complete or partial loss of teeths can lead to jamming of camshafts.
  1. At identification of cracks or signs of appreciable wear of the outer side of a belt check working surfaces of intermediate rollers and a roller of the water pump on existence задиров and agnails.
  2. If unilateral wear of a belt takes place, check a condition of a directing plate and track correctness of combination of cogwheels and intermediate rollers.
  3. Replacement of a belt should be made according to the Schedule of routine maintenance of the car (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car). The belt which was in a doubtful condition is subject to replacement without fail. Before installation of a new belt try to reveal and liquidate all reasons which have led to premature failure of the old.

It is recommended to make replacement of a belt of a drive of GRM each time after its removal.

  1. Remove intermediate rollers and manually check ease and smoothness of rotation of their bearings. Make sure of absence excessive люфта. If necessary replace rollers.
  2. Visually check consolidation of rollers and a natyazhitel on existence of leakages of oil. If necessary replace rollers or a natyazhitel.

Existence of a thin trace of oil on an internal edge of consolidation is allowed.

  1. Holding a natyazhitel both hands in horizontal situation, rest a pusher against a firm surface and press on a natyazhitel – the pusher should not move. If a pusher утапливается, replace a natyazhitel.

Do not hold a natyazhitel a press pusher down.

  1. Measure size of a ledge of a pusher from the case of a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of GRM. If the received value does not lie in the range of 10.0 ÷ 10.8 mm, replace a natyazhitel.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Clear the arrangements which were in the region of a drive of GRM of a surface of dirt and oil. Wipe acetone cogwheels and do not soil them in an installation time.
  2. Having correctly developed a cogwheel concerning a shponka, plant it on a pin of a cranked shaft CKP rotor to the engine. Try not to damage a gear wreath of a rotor of CKP. Make sure of correctness of combination of labels of VMT on a wheel and the case of the oil pump, then establish holding plate of a cogwheel and tighten a bolt of its fastening with effort of 8 Nanometers.
  3. Establish intermediate rollers and tighten bolts of their fastening with demanded efforts.

At installation of an intermediate roller grease a carving part of a bolt of its fastening with fixing Loctite 242 hermetic, and also do not forget to establish a tarelchaty washer. After installation of intermediate rollers check smoothness of their rotation.

  1. Having correctly developed cogwheels relatively a shponok, plant them on pins of camshafts according to the labels put at removal. Tighten bolts of fastening of cogwheels of camshafts with demanded efforts, holding pulleys from a provorachivaniye by means of the special adaptation.
  2. Make sure that cogwheels cranked and camshafts are in the provisions relevant to VMT of the piston of the first cylinder at the end of a step of compression.
  3. Establish a belt of a drive of GRM so that labels on it coincided with reciprocal labels.
  4. Drown a pusher in the case of a natyazhitel with strength of 981 ÷ 9807 N (100 ÷ 1000 kgf) and fix it in this situation, having passed, for example, a prutkovy six-sided key of 1.27 mm through openings in the case of a natyazhitel and in a pusher. Establish a boot of a natyazhitel.
  5. Establish a natyazhitel and tighten bolts of his fastening at first by hand, and then it is consecutive, with effort of 27 Nanometers. Take out a prutkovy key, having released a pusher.
  6. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions and make sure that the piston of the first cylinder is in the end of a step of compression.
  7. Establish the right basic arm of the engine and tighten a bolt of its fastening with effort of 28 Nanometers.
  1. Examine laying of a cover of No. 2 belts of a drive of GRM. If integrity of laying is broken, replace it, previously having removed all traces of old laying and having cleared a cover surface. Remove from new laying a protective film or paper, establish laying exactly on the contour of a cover designated, and strongly press laying to a cover. Make sure that laying stuck to a cover.
  1. Establish a cover of No. 2 belts of a drive of GRM and tighten 5 bolts of its fastening with effort of 8.5 Nanometers.
  2. Establish a protector of a plait of electroconducting of the engine on a cover of No. 3 belts of a drive of GRM.
  3. Establish directing a belt of a drive of GRM the chashevidny party outside.
  1. Examine laying of a cover of No. of 1 belt of a drive of GRM. If integrity of laying is broken, replace it similar to cover No. 2 laying.

In places of joining of laying should not remain a gap.

  1. Establish a cover of No. of 1 belt of a drive of GRM and tighten 5 bolts of its fastening with effort of 8.5 Nanometers.
  2. Having correctly developed a pulley of a cranked shaft concerning a shponka, plant it on a shaft pin. Holding a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye by means of the special adaptation, tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley with effort of 215 Nanometers.
  3. Establish an arm of No. of 2 fastenings of the generator and tighten a nut of its fastening with effort of 28 Nanometers. A bolt tighten after installation of a belt of a drive of the generator.
  4. Establish in return sequence of the part which description of removal is provided above.
  5. Make a trial trip during which make sure of absence of unusual noise, pushes and delays. Make sure also of correctness of gear shifting and smoothness of a course of the car.
