Checks of components of systems of heating and To/in

Broad valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine and let's to it work on 1500 rpm in a current not less than 5 minutes then make sure that in a contour of a high pressure pressure of 13.6 ÷ 15.5 atm was established.
  2. At malfunction of the valve pressure in a contour of low pressure should reduce to zero. Check the reception and final parties of a receiver dehumidifier – they should be identical temperature.

Pressure switch

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine and leave it to work for 1500 rpm.
  2. Establish the maximum turns of the fan of a heater and the minimum temperature.
  1. Separate the socket of the sensor of pressure.
  1. Connect positive щуп an ohmmeter to contact 4, and negative – to contact of 1 socket and make sure of conductivity change at change of pressure of a coolant. Thus management of the magnetic coupling is checked.
1 — the Contour of low pressure
2 — there is a conductivity
3 — there is no conductivity
4 — the Contour of a high pressure
  1. Connect positive щуп an ohmmeter to contact 2, and negative – to contact 3 sockets and make sure of conductivity change at change of pressure of a coolant. Thus management of the condenser fan is checked.

Main relay of a heater

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Take the main relay of a heater of the assembly block (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  1. Certify available conductivity between contacts 1 and 2, and also 3 and 4. Submit tension of the battery on contacts 1 and 2 and certify available conductivity between contacts 3 and 5. At unsatisfactory results of checks replace the relay.

Relay of the magnetic coupling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Take the relay of the magnetic coupling from the assembly block in an impellent compartment (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  1. Certify available conductivity between contacts 1 and 2. Submit tension of the battery on contacts 1 and 2 and certify available conductivity between contacts 3 and 5. At unsatisfactory results of checks replace the relay.

Condenser fan

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine, establish the maximum speed of rotation of the fan of a heater, the minimum temperature and include К/В.
  2. Make sure that the fan of the condenser works at low speed at OZh 90 temperature a hail., and also at pressure less than 15 atm. At temperature the 95th hail. and pressure 15 atm are higher – the fan should work on high speed.
  1. Separate the electroconducting socket the fan of the condenser and connect to its contacts the storage battery and the ampermeter. Make sure that the krylchatka of the fan rotates smoothly. Indications of the ampermeter should make 9.8 ± 1.5 And at temperature the 20th hail.
