Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Discharge a contour of coolant К/В.
  2. Empty a radiator of system of cooling of the engine (see. The section Replacement of cooling liquid (OZh)).

To empty system of cooling of the engine completely there is no sense.

  1. Remove levers and э / the motor of screen wipers, the left and right fairing of a windscreen, a cowl and the dashboard with an intensifying bar (see. Head Body).
  2. Disconnect from the To/to block liquid and soaking-up tubes.
  3. Disconnect water hoses from tubes of the heat exchanger of a heater.
  4. Remove the block of the fan of a heater (see. Section Removal, dismantling, assembly and installation of the block of the fan of a heater).
  5. Wring out two clamps and disconnect the bottom branch pipe of a heater from the central air line.
  6. Remove an air line of a box of the console No. 1.
  7. Separate the socket, turn out two bolts and two nuts and remove the К/В block.

Dismantling and check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate the electroconducting socket, turn out two screws and remove э / the motor of production of air.
  2. Remove a plait of electroconducting and an arm.
  1. Turn out two screws, remove two plates and pull out the heater heat exchanger.
  1. Remove the relay э / the motor of the fan of a heater.
  2. Turn out two screws and remove э / the motor of mixing of air.
  3. Separate the socket of the sensor of temperature of the evaporator, weaken sensor clamps on a plate of an arm and remove the sensor.
  4. Remove the broad valve and as soon as possible закупорьте its adjusting flange.
  5. Remove an air line from the driver.
  6. Turn out bolts of fastening of tubes to the evaporator and remove tubes with fittings.
  7. Turn out 7 screws and uncover the evaporator. Extend the evaporator.
  8. Check and if necessary clean cells of an ispravitel and the radiator heat exchanger the compressed air.
  9. Check serviceability of functioning driving э / motors.

Assembly and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Assembly and installation are made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to the next moments:
    • Use new sealing rings on connections of refrigerator lines with the To/in block, and also tubes with the broad valve and with the evaporator.
    • Collars of fastening of water hoses to the heat exchanger establish at distance from 1 to 7 mm from the hose end.
    • Level a label on a drain hose.
