Check of boots of the parking brake

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disassemble the mechanism of the parking brake (see. Head Brake system).

Measure thickness of overlays of boots of the parking brake. If the measured value is lower minimum admissible (see. Specifications of Control and routine maintenance of the car), and also in the presence of non-uniform wear of slips, rumple boots.

Check uniformity of a prileganiye of a boot to a brake disk. If necessary replace assembly of the parking brake or process an overlay of a boot as appropriate.
