Schedule of routine maintenance

Annually or each 15 000 km of run

At the car standing on the earth check serviceability of functioning:

• Governing bodies and measuring devices (see. Head Governing bodies and operation receptions);
• The heater fan (see. Section Check of operability of lighting devices, horn and heater fan);
• Horn (see. Section Check of operability of lighting devices, horn and heater fan);
• Devices of internal and external lighting, if necessary regulate an inclination of headlights (see. Section Check of operability of lighting devices, horn and fan of a heater and Head Onboard electric equipment);
• Washers and cleaners of glasses and lenses of headlights, if necessary regulate them (see. Section condition Check, adjustment and replacement of brushes of screen wipers);
• Illuminations of devices, control lamps and indicators (see. Head Governing bodies and receptions of operation and Section Check of operability of lighting devices, horn and heater fan).

At completely lifted car:

• Replace impellent oil and the oil filter (see. Section Replacement of impellent oil and oil filter);
• Check a condition of hinges of a steering (see. Section Check of a condition of protective covers of power shafts and hinges of the driveshaft and Head Suspension bracket and steering);
• Check a condition of the steering mechanism (see. Section Check of a condition of components of a suspension bracket and steering and Head Suspension bracket and steering);
• Check a condition of hinges, epiploons and suspension bracket covers (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of belts of a drive of auxiliary units and Head Suspension bracket and steering).

At the lifted back/front of the car:

• Check a condition of brake shoes and disks of lobbies and back brakes (see. Section General checks of brake system);
• Check a condition of tires and pressure of their rating (see. Section Check of a condition of tires and pressure of their rating, rotation of wheels);
• Check efforts of a tightening of wheel nuts (103 Nanometers).

Having opened a cowl, check level and, if necessary, add:

• Liquid of a washer of glasses and lenses of headlights (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, control of leaks);
• Brake liquid (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, control of leaks);
• ATF (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, control of leaks);
• Check also a condition of the air filter and if necessary clear it (see. The section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier).

Carry out a test trip during which check:

• Люфт steering wheel (no more than 30 mm);
• Serviceability of functioning of a suspension bracket (see. Section Check of a condition of components of a suspension bracket and steering);
• Performance data of the engine;
• Transmission;
• Brakes, including ABS system (see. Section General checks of brake system);
• Instrumentations (see. Head Governing bodies and operation receptions).

Time in 2 years or each 30 000 km of run

At the car standing on the earth check:

• Course of a pedal of a working brake (see. Section Check and adjustment of a course of pedals of the working and parking brake);
• Course of a lever/pedal of the parking brake, if necessary regulate it (see. Section Check and adjustment of a course of pedals of the working and parking brake);
• Lines of supply of fuel (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of hoses of an impellent compartment, localization of leaks);
• Condition of panels of a body (see. Head Body);
• Directing covers of the top hatch, if necessary grease them (see. Head Body);
• Check serviceability of functioning of the uniform lock (see. Head Governing bodies and operation receptions);
• Check serviceability of functioning of anticreeping system and the alarm system (see. Head Governing bodies and operation receptions);
• Check corners of installation of lobbies and back wheels (see. Head Suspension bracket and steering).

At completely lifted car:

• Replace oil of a transfer case;
• Replace oil of back differential;
• Check a condition of hoses of GUR (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of hoses of an impellent compartment, localization of leaks);
• Check a condition of couplings of a steering column (see. Head Suspension bracket and steering);
• Check efforts of a tightening of fixture of support of a suspension bracket (see specifications to Head the Suspension bracket and a steering);
• Check a condition of hinges of the driveshaft (see. Section Check of a condition of protective covers of power shafts and driveshaft hinges);
• Check a condition of hinges, epiploons and covers of power shafts (see. Section Check of a condition of protective covers of power shafts and driveshaft hinges).
• Check a condition of springs and dampers of racks of a suspension bracket (see. Section Check of a condition of components of a suspension bracket and steering and Head Suspension bracket and steering);
• Check a condition of system of release of OG (see. The section Check of a condition of system of production of the fulfilled gases);
• Check on corrosion existence brake tubes (see. Sections General checks of brake system and Check of a condition and replacement of hoses of an impellent compartment, localization of leaks);
• Check a power supply system on existence of leakages of fuel (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of hoses of an impellent compartment, localization of leaks);
• Check a condition of the bottom and a salon noise isolation (see. Head Body).

At the lifted back/front of the car:

• Check wear of boots of the parking brake (see. Section Check of boots of the parking brake);
• Check a condition of brake system (see. Section General checks of brake system and Head Brake system);
• Replace brake liquid (each 2 years, irrespective of run) (see. Section Replacement of brake liquid, pumping of brake system).

Having opened a cowl:

• Check level and, if necessary, add GUR liquid (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, control of leaks);
• Check level and, if necessary, add OZh, check concentration of antifreeze (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, control of leaks);
• Check a condition of hoses of system of cooling of the engine (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of hoses of an impellent compartment, localization of leaks);
• Replace the hammered salonny filter of systems of heating and To/in (see. The section Check and replacement of the salonny filter of a heater and To/in)
• Check an EVAP system condition (see. Section EVAP system Check).

Each 3 years or 45 000 km of run

• Replace OZh* (see. The section Replacement of cooling liquid (OZh));
• Replace the air filter (see. The section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier).

* to Replace OZh it is recommended after 3 years of operation or 60 000 km of run, and then – each 30 000 km of run or time in 2 years.

Each 6 years or 90 000 km of run

• Check and, if necessary, regulate klapanny gaps (see. Section Check and adjustment of klapanny gaps);
• Check a condition and tension of belts of a drive auxiliary агрегатов* (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of belts of a drive of auxiliary units);
• Replace spark plugs (see. Section Check and replacement of spark plugs).

* Then this procedure it is necessary to make each 15 000 km of run.

Each 10 years or 150 000 km of run

• Check reliability of fastening of belts безопасности* (see specifications to Head the Body);
• Visually check SRS* system blocks on existence of damages (see. Head Onboard electric equipment);
• Replace a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Section Removal, check and installation of a belt of a drive of GRM of its natyazhitel, pulley and cogwheel of a cranked shaft, cogwheels of camshafts and intermediate rollers).

* Then this procedure it is necessary to make each 2 years.
